Each one of our promotions are sponsored by a Host company. These Host companies include Hotels, Resorts and Travel Clubs that want to provide you details on the benefits of choosing their company when you travel. Host provides travelers up to 75% off their travel in exchange for only 90-120 minutes of their time. No purchase necessary. Only attend the exciting and informative presentation on travel and you can save hundreds and even thousands on your next travel experience.
In order to receive the promotional rate travelers must attend the presentation provided by the Host. The Host provides this amazing discount in exchange for only 90-120 minutes of your time. Qualified married and co-habitating couples must attend the presentation together. Each Host is different and will showcase a different type of presentations. Most offer some type of refreshments including small bites. Most presentations are conveniently done in the early morning which allow travelers to still enjoy the day after. Some Hosts provide a Golf Cart view of their property, some provide informative slide shows/videos, and some have podium speakers that go over their travel program with the group. You should expect a friendly and knowledgeable encounter on the benefits of the Host’s Travel Program. While they are trying to earn your long-term travel business, you’re under no obligation to join or purchase anything.

Whether your looking for something simple, affordable and close to the beach or over the top luxury, we can find you the perfect option for your next travel experience. Most travelers believe that the star rating is a combination of the properties guest reviews, cleanliness, price, room, etc. What the star rating really tells travelers is what to expect if they stay there. Does it offer a ton of amenities, 24-hour room service, large rooms, concierge and other luxuries? That’s going to get you more stars. If the property is a boutique style hotel with few on-site amenities like a pool, spa, restaurant, etc., it’s going to get less stars. This doesn’t mean the property is dirty or not nice. This can also mean the property is small and family owned. No frills, but nice and affordable. We prefer reviews from actual guests who experienced the property. Time 2 Visit Property Star Rating
One-star properties include budget accommodations that meet basic needs without the frills. One-star doesn’t necessarily mean the property is dirty or rundown. It often means you are just getting basic accommodations without any amenities.
Two-star properties are slight upgrades from one-star properties. They’re usually smaller properties operated by a sole owner. Typically offering value accommodations that are close to major intersections and popular attractions.
Three-star properties are the perfect not too much, not too little type of accommodations. Expect to find some amenities on property, along with larger and more comfortable rooms at a good rate.
Four-star properties are considered above-average accommodations with top notch service, beautiful reception areas and more. Guest can expect an upscale, high-quality and comfortable stay, with a variety of amenities. Rooms are typically larger with more furniture and in-room amenities.
Five-star properties provide luxurious comfort with flawless services. You can expect the unexpected with a five-star property. You’ll find more than first-class service and over the top amenities. The lobbies are luxurious, the property amenities are plenty and the in-room amenities are glamorous.
If dates have already been selected, changing properties or destinations must be done at least 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date. If no dates have been selected or confirmed, guests can change properties and destinations as long as they meet the qualifications for the requested property. Some additional fees may apply.
To receive up to 75% savings on your next travel experience, you may be required to meet certain qualifications. These qualifications are required by the Host and can vary based on destination and property. Each Host uses their industry experience to get a general idea of who may be interested in their Travel Program. Some Hosts find families and couples to be more receptive to their program, while other Hosts might prefer single woman. You can find required qualifications at the bottom of each property page, or you can call (833) 828-8326 and find out which promotions you qualify for.
After you book a room or vacation package you will receive an email with your booking request. Your email will include complete details about your booking. This includes, Package name (if available), Property Name, Room Type, Dates (if available), Occupancy Info, Qualifications and more. If we identify any problems with the booking a team member will contact you immediately. If not, your booking request will be submitted to the Host and you will receive final confirmation of booking by email. Our promotional packages can be purchased with or without dates. Packages without dates are considered “open-dated packages”. These packages give travelers the opportunity to save on their favorite package without selecting dates at time of purchase. Travelers have up to 12-months to request dates and travel using their open-dated package. Room Night Only Packages require dates to receive the lowest available rate for dates selected.
If you purchased an open-dated package, one without dates, you could register or log-in to your Time 2 Visit account and click on the “bookings” page. From the booking page you can request new arrival dates for all active bookings, and request booking updates via our dedicated messaging system. Guests may also call (833) 828-8326 for all reservation request.
Most properties will give you the option to upgrade your room or add more nights during the check-out process. Promotional rates will have a maximum number of nights you can receive at that rate. This information will be listed on the property page. If you are unsure, or need more details on upgrading or adding more nights to your package, call (833) 828-8326.
Once dates have been confirmed each property has their own cancellation and date change policies. Most properties require a minimum of a 14-day notice from confirmed arrival date. If guests need to make a date change or cancellation within the 14 days, guests will be required to pay a minimum of a 1-night penalty. Please see the property cancellation policy located at the bottom of each property page.
If for whatever reason you are not able to use your promotional package, you may transfer the package to another qualified traveler. This traveler must meet all the Host’s required qualifications before we can confirm transfer of package. New traveler will receive the exact same package including date that the package expires.
Most Hosts require a window of 6-12 months between promotional packages to receive another discounted rate. If the arrival dates are within the requested window, guests can book multiple packages. Some Hosts will not provide a discount to the same location, check Rate Details and Qualifications on each property page for more details.
Some packages provide multiple destinations as part of the package. For example, our most popular package includes nights in Orlando, FL and nights in Daytona Beach, FL. If the destinations are close enough, they might qualify for our two-destination deal. If you would like to visit two destinations back to back at a discounted rate, we recommend you contact us at (833) 828-8326. A team member can find out if the destinations and properties you are interested in will participate in the two-destination deal. We may even be able to provide you with a larger discount for booking a two-destination package.
Group Travelers do not qualify for promotional package rates. Group travel includes family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc. A select few Hosts will allow multiple parties to travel and receive the promotional rate, however this is usually maxed at two parties that are not related. Time 2 Visit does offer Group Travel rates that do not require any qualifications and presentations. Please call (833) 828-8326 and ask for a Group Travel team member.
Each all-inclusive promotional package varies based on destination and Host. Details of the all-inclusive package will be listed on each property page.
Time 2 Visit is proud to be transparent about all promotional details, this includes all fees. Most fees are built into the promotional rate. However, some properties require additional fees such as Governmental Fees or Resort Fees to be paid directly to them. Any additional fees required will be listed on property page and throughout the booking process.
Due to the complex nature of airfare, Time 2 Visit does not sell or include airfare on any of their packages. We have travelers from around the world traveling to locations around the world and all have their own preferred airport or airlines. We think it’s best for travelers to use their preferred airlines site.
If you plan to travel internationally then you will need a valid passport. We offer plenty of domestic destinations that do not require a passport. If you are unsure whether a passport is needed, call us at (833) 828-8326.
